การพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนโดยพุทธสันติวิธี: กรณีศึกษาชุมชนตำบลสวาย อำเภอปรางค์กู่ ศรีสะเกษ

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบท สภาพปัญหา แนวทางพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน 2) ศึกษาการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนตามศาสตร์สมัยใหม่และหลักพุทธสันติวิธี และ 3) นำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนตามแนวพุทธสันติวิธี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงเอกสารและเชิงพื้นที่ วิธีการที่ใช้ในการศึกษาใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 10 ท่าน และการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย จากนักวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชน กรรมการบริษัท กรรมการผู้ก่อตั้งวิสาหกิจชุนชน และ อาจารย์จากมหาวิทยาลัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุมชนมีปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม มีรายได้ไม่ยั่งยืน เป็นปัญหาในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานราก เพื่อที่จะสร้างระบบเศรษฐกิจชุมชน พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในท้องถิ่นให้เกิดรายได้และสามารถพึ่งตนเอง ตามนโยบายการสนับสนุนวิสาหกิจในแผนการพัฒนา SME ฉบับที่ 4 เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการครองชีพและความเป็นอยู่ให้ดีขึ้น 2) แนวทางในการนำเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล ส่งเสริมศักยภาพของวิสาหกิจชุมชน เพื่อปรับสมดุลทางเศรษฐกิจด้วยการปรับเปลี่ยนบริบทในการทำธุรกิจในยุคดิจิทัล โดยใช้แนวทางพุทธสันติวิธี เพื่อลดความรุนแรงทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมในชุมชน ให้เกิดการพัฒนาไปสู่สังคมสันติสุข 3) รูปแบบแนวทางตามพุทธสันติวิธีทางพระพุทธศาสนาร่วมกับหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 เกิดเป็นโมเดล SOARNE คือ S = Strengths อัตลักษณ์ชุมชนจากต้นตาลมาเป็นวัตถุดิบการผลิต O = Opportunities ภูมิปัญญาชุมชน A = Aspiration การเติบโตของวิสาหกิจชุมชน R = Results ผลิตภัณฑ์จากต้นตาล N = Needs ความต้องการพัฒนาของคนในชุมชนด้านเศรษฐกิจ E = Empathy การร่วมใจของสมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้วิสาหกิจชุมชนเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ชุมชนสามารถพึ่งตนเอง เกิดสันติสุขในชุมชน
