The questionnaire was used in data collection with 272 fourth-year students in Bachelor of Business Administration at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The descriptive statistics for data analysis were percentage and mean, while inferential statistics were Factor Analysis and Binary Logistic Regression. The results showed that most of student respondents were female, studying in the Management Program, their parents or guardians were not entrepreneurs and they showed intention to be entrepreneurs. The categorization of characteristics related to entrepreneurial intention constituted 5 factors i.e. (1) Belief in Self Innovativeness; (2) Aspiration to Independence; (3) Optimistic Attitude towards Uncertainty and Risk; (4) Need for Achievement; and (5) Internal Locus of Control. The test of influence of characteristics on entrepreneurial intention revealed 5 characteristic factors positively influencing on entrepreneurial intention. The combination of these characteristic factors showed 36.20% (R2 = 0.362) prediction for entrepreneurial intention.</p> ER -
