This study aimed to enhance the writing abilities of Grade 6 students by integrating the Process Writing Approach with Exit Tickets as a formative assessment tool. A total of 28 students, selected through cluster random sampling, participated in the study. Data were collected using writing lesson plans, pre-and post-tests, and interviews to gather insights into students' opinions. The results revealed a statistically significant improvement in students' writing skills (p < .01) following the implementation of this approach. Exit Tickets provided real-time insights into student progress, enabling teachers to deliver timely and personalized feedback on key aspects of writing, such as topic selection, introductions, conclusions, and outlining. This method facilitated a systematic and effective development of students’ writing skills. Furthermore, most students described the approach as creative, practical, and easy to implement. However, challenges like internet connectivity issues and equipment limitations in online learning were noted. This study offers valuable insights for educators on integrating formative assessment tools like Exit Tickets into writing instruction. It also highlights the adaptability of this approach across diverse educational contexts to systematically and effectively enhance students' writing proficiency.
Rapin Chuchuen Kobkul Jaikwang Kanit Kongthong Waree Wongkhunnen Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of MCU Buddhapanya Review https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 10 2 193 206 FACTORS AFFECTING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR OF FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN CHONBURI PROVINCE https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jmbr/article/view/285251
The objectives of this research were to (1) study the level of opinions on transformational leadership factors, organizational culture factors, quality of working life factors, and the organizational citizenship behavior of employees of a food manufacturing company in Chonburi Province, and (2) study the factors affecting the behavior of being a good member of a food manufacturing company in Chonburi Province. The research findings are as follows: 1)The evaluation of the necessary requirements for enhancing the competency of Thai language teachers in facilitating student-centered learning revealed a composite Necessary Index (PNImodifies) across three dimensions: attitude towards student-centered learning facilitation, skills in designing student-centered learning, and knowledge of student-centered learning management, with a value of 0.58. 2)The developed model of empowering instructional leadership consists of four components: principles, objectives, instructional processes, and assessment methods. 3)The assessment of the model of empowering instructional leadership to enhance the competency of Thai language teachers in facilitating student-centered learning showed that teacher competencies across all three dimensions were significantly higher post-implementation compared to pre-implementation, with statistical significance at the .01 level. Additionally, teachers expressed the highest level of satisfaction with the activities aligned with the instructional leadership model.
Rungrudee Bunjun Potchaman Chamnankit Thananan kulpaibud Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of MCU Buddhapanya Review https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 10 2 159 172 FACTORS AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF A FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN CHONBURI PROVINCE https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jmbr/article/view/278293
The objectives of this research were to (1) study the level of opinions on motivating factors, hygiene factors, organizational engagement factors, and performance of employees of food production companies in Chonburi Province, and (2) study factors affecting the performance of employees of food production companies in Chonburi Province.
