The study includes a population and sample group, of individuals who have previously purchased Assam tea in Chiang Mai, totaling 400 participants.Convenience sampling was used as the sampling method, with participants randomly selected until<br />reaching the target of 400 samples. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire, and statistical methods such as percentages, averages, frequency distribution, standard deviation, and simple linear regression analysis, were employed for data analysis. Multiple regression was used to search for predictive factors, and a predictive equation was created using the Enter method. The research findings<br />indicatethat themajorityof respondents to the questionnaire are male, aged 16-26, with undergraduate<br />education, and a monthly income of less than 10,000 baht. Most of them purchase herbal tea,specifically green tea, black tea, and Assam tea., from grocery stores, water stalls, and floating markets.with an expenditure of less than 100 baht per purchase. In terms of marketing mix factors, productrelated factors were rated at the highest level, followed by distribution channels, price factors, and<br />marketing promotion factors. Pathum Thani Province As the quantitative research, the research tool used is a questionnaire. The researcher collected data from 200<br />customers receiving services at an animal hospital in Rangsit Municipality, Pathum Thani province, according to<br />the concept of Hair et al. (2006). Statistics used in research for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. In addition, the structural equation analysis (SEM) is conducted by using the Smart PLS program. As research results, it was found that 1) the levels of the service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty of service users are overall at a high level with the means respectively, and the standard deviations of 0.620, 0.710, and 0.645, respectively, and 2) the satisfaction is the mediator factor linking the service quality to the customer loyalty. By collecting data from 2 main groups: 1) tourists who use tourism goods and services in Prachinburi Province During the time the research was conducted, 400 people received questionnaires. Use analytical methods using mathematical packages, and<br />interpret the results with statistical values, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and 2) 30 specific wellness tourism business entrepreneurs in Prachinburi Province using semi-structured interviews.<br />Using content analysis methods and interpret the results in a descriptive manner. The research found that health tourists who come back to buy again are family tourists. The number 1 business group in which tourists have repeated trips or used services is the health food restaurant business group 36 %, with the number of repeat trips or health promotion services in Prachinburi province as high as 12 times/year. And marketing strategies used by tourist attractions and wellness tourism service providers through creating tourism experiences with all five senses that are most appropriate to repeat tourist behaviours are: 1) taste sense 2) sight sense and 3) touch sense. The research instruments consisted of a learning expectation questionnaire, a survey of organizational support, and an organizational commitment scale. Learning expectations and perceived organizational support had a significantly positive relationship with organizational commitment (r =.436 and.443, respectively, p&lt;.01). 2. (Activity-Based Costing: ABC) to understand the cost structure. along with an analysis of the break-even points in selecting the APS system for planning the production of products instead of the manpower of the case study company. This is a qualitative study that involved interviews with three product production planners. The tool used in the study was a semi-structured interview related to product production planning steps and costs. The results of the research found that 1) product production planning activities before using the APS system totaled 10 activities. Production planning time was 345 minutes per production plan. 2) The base cost of activities before using the APS system was 1,627,101.72 baht per year, and when the APS system was used to replace manpower, it was found that product production planning activities were reduced to 4 activities. The production base costs are reduced to 1,117,784.88 baht per year. Production planning time was reduced to 237 minutes per production plan. 3) The payback period for purchasing an APS system to use in production planning is 4 years, 1 month, or 12 days. From the above research results, the case study company<br />should use the APS system in planning product production to reduce activities. time and cost, and from the analysis of the research results, it was found that the number of employees in the department can be reduced by 1 person. Interpretivism of Grounded Theory was employed as a research paradigm. Thirteen successful sport product entrepreneurs were purposive enrolled to be key informants. Data were collected from self-narrative inquiry followed by concluded the data with inductive approach. The results found that the sport entrepreneurial mindset was initiated from perceiving opportunity of success. Successful sport product entrepreneurs have a business-oriented vision, powerful inspiration, understand consumer’s needs, build business alliance, and utilize technology. University students, young generation, lecturers in educational institutes, and personnel in related-sport entrepreneur organizations are benefits when applying the results.
