It was an experimental research that researcher wrote by one group testing. There were the objectives as follow. 1.To study motivation for Creating Incentives for Merit-Making according to the Bunkiriyawatthu of Students of Bangrachan Kinderarten School Singburi Province. 2. To compare Method for Creating Incentives for Merit-Making according to the Bunkiriyawatthu of Students of Bangrachan Kinderarten School Singburi Province. 3. To get achievement of Method for Creating Incentives for Merit-Making according to the Bunkiriyawatthu of Students of Bangrachan Kinderarten School Singburi Province for 1 classroom and students’ number of 30 persons by Purposive Sampling.</p><p>         The results of such research were found that</p><ol><li>The achievement process of learning management according to the  Bunkiriyawatthu social substantial religion and culture by Buddhist subject of 3<sup>rd</sup> primary students had average as 0.57 so that the learners had advance because of more level score.</li><li>The effective by process of learning management according to the  Bunkiriyawatthu social substantial religion and culture by Buddhist subject of 3<sup>rd</sup> primary students had found that the pretest by overall points 521 by average as 17.37 then standard deviation as 4.63 from all pretest total 1,200 the calculate by percentage as 43.42.</li><li>The point from pretest that students got the most as the 1<sup>st</sup> paper test (Sila) by calculate as 139 then average as 4.63 and for standard deviation as 1.33 from all paper pretest total 300 then calculate by percentage as 46.33.</li></ol> ER -
