VL - 7 IS - 2 SE - Articles DO - UR - https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/human/article/view/253345 SP - 357-369 AB - <p>This article aims to present the concept of working change in the new normal of corporate executives and practitioners for the success of their work must have four components: ideological influence; inspiration intellectual stimulation and taking into account the individuality by integrating buddhism principles for executives and practitioners in the organization, it should be used as a guideline for the success of work, i.e. power 4, namely 1) Chanda means satisfaction 2) Viriya means perseverance 3) Chitta means focused thinking 4) Vimangsa means contemplation, which is the foundation or path to success. &nbsp;The virtues that lead to the success of the intended results in this new normal era. Therefore, executives and practitioners must adopt the principle of power 4 as a guideline for working change in the new normal era. The importance can be summarized as follows: 1) satisfaction or willingness to work 2) diligence to work 3) attentiveness to work and 4) monitoring, monitoring, correcting, improving and improving the work done. According to the quality control cycle (PDCA deming cycle) model, it consists of 1) P: plan is Chanda : willing to do 2) D : do is persistence : Do it with perseverance 3) C : check is Chitta : No care abandoned and 4) A: act is Wimangsa: amendment this is to lead the organization towards success and sustainability.</p> ER -
