In order to face of the coronavirus disease crisis (COVID-19) which people around the world are facing the same problem, affecting on everyone's life and becoming the world's largest epidemic crisis. The point at issues are mental health problems from the new normal adaptation plus lives problem that have to be dealt with such as unemployment, lower income that making them feel lives are unstable. As a result, many people are stressed and anxious, the external pressure on their mental state and negative thoughts because they could not see hopefulness. These can be solved by the concept of psychology, namely optimism and charitable thinking such as 1) Optimism 2) Actual thinking 3) Keeping up with change 4) Thinking for opportunities 5) Think &nbsp;without negligence. Those can help them to see the bright side of lives, be optimistic in the midst of a crisis could be found opportunities and hopefulness lead to the happy lives.
