The study aimed to explore and make a comparison in teachers’ perceptions to innovative leadership of school administrators in the opinions of the teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2. Classified by educational level, size of educational establishments and academic standing. The sample population consisted of 357 teachers working under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2 in the academic year 2021. The research instrument was a questionnaire appertaining to the innovative leadership of education administrators under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 2 at the reliability level of 0.988 and whose internal validity was established. Utilizing techniques of descriptive statistics, the researcher analyzed the data collected in terms of percentage, mean and standard deviation, <em>t-</em>test technique, the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) technique and Scheffe’s multiple comparison method were also employed by the researcher.</p> <p>              The findings were:</p> <ol> <li>Teachers’ perceptions of Innovative leadership of school Administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 as a whole was at a high level.</li> <li>The teachers’ differences in education levels and working in educational institutions of different sizes had the opinions on the innovative leadership of education administrators under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 2. Overall and each aspect was found to be statistically significantly different at .05 level. Except for it was found that indicators on innovative vision had no statistically significant difference. The difference in academic standing had opinions on the innovative leadership of education administrators under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 2.
