The study applied qualitative research method. The in-depth interviews were conducted among those involved, 11 educational institution administrators, 8 teachers responsible for the Sufficiency education project, 2 supervisors, 3 basic education committees, 1 representative of parents were purposive sampling, The research instruments were an in-depth interview and a focus group.</p> <p>         From the study, the following results have been found:</p> <ol> <li>The operational conditions of career skills according to the sufficiency economy philosophy  refers to the process of improving learners’ career skills so that they can work and create opportunities for educational institution personnel and those involved in educational management to participate in expressing opinions, taking responsibility in decision-making, and implementation planning in order to meet the objectives.</li> <li>The guidelines for promoting career skills according to the sufficiency economy philosophy consist as follows: 1) the implementation 2) the collaboration network 3) the learning management 4) curriculum development 5) teacher development 6) setting up an environment 7) assessment and evaluation.</li> <li>After the experts has examined the guidelines for promoting career skills according to the sufficiency economy philosophy in Sichon educational quality development school network group 1 under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, it has been found that the guidelines are of propriety, feasibility, utilization, and applicable.</li> </ol>}, number={1}, journal={Journal of MCU Humanities Review}, author={Khaokhiao, Saowalak and Srisuwan , Kasama and Weeraponkan, Boonlert}, year={2022}, month={Jul.}, pages={57–74} }
