The study was a qualitative research in nature, using an in-depth interview to collect data from 9 experts in order to develop an individual Buddhist psychology counseling for women with depression via social media and using the mental health assessment form of DASS-21 for confirmation of an appropriate model by voluntary consultation with 5 women with depression. A content analysis was used for analyzing data. The results of the study were as follows:</p> <ol> <li class="show">From a study of the principles of counseling for women with depression based on psychology and Buddhist psychology it revealed that the counseling principle for women with depression was a process of psychological healing through a healthy relationship between the counselor and women with depression with two-way communication,</li> <li class="show">Regarding a study of a model of an individual Buddhist psychology counseling based on the concept of psychology and Buddhism it found that the process of an individual Buddhist psychology counseling based on the concept of psychology and Buddhism consisted of 5 steps including a step 1 as the building of a relationship with a good friendship; a step 2 as the exploring od the real problem with consciousness; a step 3 as the finding of solutions to problems with Yonisomanasikarn; a step 4 as the summarizing of the problems and solutions to be implemented, and encouraging them with Baladharma; and a step 5 as a practice with Eightfold Noble Path.</li> <li class="show">A model of an individual Buddhist psychology counseling for women with depression via social media was a RCTA Model as a form of integration of Buddhist principles with psychology.</li> </ol>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of MCU Humanities Review}, author={Mesawad, Kannika and Srikhruedong , Siriwat and Thitichothirata, Witchuda}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={1–12} }
