"Luang Pu Thuat stepped on fresh sea water" through various auspicious objects which were organized by temples and any organizations. The legend found that Luang Pu Thuat stepped on fresh water was a great monk of Sathing Phra peninsula. He was born during the Ayutthaya era and he became the person of the legend of among Thai people. His great name has still mentioned until now because he had supernatural power with tremondous prestig. According to the legend, he stepped on the salty water to become fresh water. He was also the first abbot of Chang Hai temple, Pattani.</p> <p>The myths of "Luang Pu Thuat stepped on fresh sea water" was repproduced through verious auspicious objects which was occured from belife and adoration. From the study, it was found that the sacred objects that were reproduced becuse of the understanding of fours legends as follow: 1) Full image of Luang Pu Tuad sat above the lotus was mixed in sacred object because he was belived as a great monk 2) In sacred objects there were magical objects, especially the crystal ball and walking stick that was believed that they were the treasures of Luang Pu Tuad. 3) In the sacred objects there are animals, which were king cobras and elephant which related to his birthplace and his history and 4) the sacred object replicating the legendary events, especially when Luang Pu Thuad stepped on fresh sea water on a sailing boat. In addition, on the issue of creating sacred objects. It was found that it is popular to organize on various occasions such as anniversary or promotion.
