It is a documentary study in nature collecting data from documents and research works concerned 0f Sangha administrators, and educators in Humanities and Social Sciences. A content analysis is used to analyze data which found that the factors influencing the monastery administration effectiveness consisted of 1) internal factors: The Sangha administrator had to have a state of a clear knowledge about the powers and duties of the Sangha administrator, Buddhism history and general and surrounding situations, a state of Dharma on deeply understanding the doctrines and can disseminate the doctrines effectively, a state of dignity on good conducts and behaviors, patience, loving-kindness, and sacrifice, a state of administration on planning, project management, organizing work system/ work division, assignment, organization, personnel management, command diagnosis, job control, coordination, report, team work, and transparency in the monastery’s financial management; and 2) external factors:The Sangha administrator had to promote an education, management with usability and worthiness, environmental management within the monastery, training and preaching people, coordination with the Kingdom, social assistance, and public welfare education management.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of MCU Humanities Review}, author={Chaturapatpisut, Phrakrupalad Sthtisak}, year={2021}, month={Jan.}, pages={351–365} }
