The research instrument was the peer counseling competency development program Evaluation form counseling competency and strategy used to analyze the data such as arithmetic mean, percent, standard deviation and hypothesis testing with t-test (independent samples)</p> <p>The research results were as follows.</p> <ol> <li class="show">The results of the create peer counseling competency development program, training, total 12 hours. Program consisted of: Unit 1 Relationship building and training agreements. Unit 2 Understand teenagers. Unit 3 counseling.
