https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/hsjournalnmc/article/view/288506

In the context of global digital trade, Thailand's customs system continues to face structural challenges, including delays in HS code classification, data redundancy, and limited integration with external systems, all of which hinder the efficiency of sea import processes. This study aims to develop and evaluate the Customs Broker Management System (CBMS), which integrates modern technologies—namely Natural Language Processing (NLP), Information Retrieval (IR), and Blockchain—to enhance the accuracy, speed, and transparency of customs clearance procedures. The research was conducted within the operational context of Thai Somdej Co., Ltd., using an applied research approach. The system was designed based on a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and developed with three main modules: an automatic HS code classification module, a blockchain-based document verification module, and a web application for integration with national platforms such as NDTP and NSW. The prototype was tested during October to December 2024 with clients using the company’s customs brokerage services.

Results indicated that the system improved HS code classification accuracy from 71.6% to 91.3%, and reduced processing time from 12.5 minutes to 6.8 minutes per transaction. In addition, user satisfaction averaged 4.42 out of 5, with the highest scores in system usability and reduction of repetitive tasks. The CBMS is not only a technological innovation but also a strategic tool for bridging data between the public and private sectors. It enhances national competitiveness in logistics and international trade and serves as a scalable model for sustainable digital customs development.
Supamas SitisaraNanthi SuthikarnnarunaiWitchayut Ngamsa-ardi

The increasing integration of algorithmic recommendation systems in short video platforms has raised concerns about their influence on user autonomy. University students, as active users, may develop varying levels of resistance to algorithmic control, influenced by psychological and social factors. This study aims to examine the relationships between social anxiety, boredom proneness, emotional exhaustion, peer influence, self-control, and algorithmic literacy, and their impact on algorithmic resistance behavior among Chinese university students. The study further investigates the mediating roles of resistance cognition and affective dependence. A structured questionnaire was administered to a sample of Chinese university students using a purposive sampling method. The measurement scales demonstrated acceptable reliability (Cronbach’s α > 0.70). Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to assess direct and indirect relationships among variables, with bootstrapping applied to test mediation effects.

The findings revealed that social anxiety, boredom proneness, emotional exhaustion, and peer influence had varying direct and indirect effects on algorithmic resistance behavior. Resistance cognition and affective dependence played significant mediating roles in several relationships. Fit indices indicated an acceptable model fit (RMSEA = 0.054, CFI = 0.884, TLI = 0.871). https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/hsjournalnmc/article/view/275740

This study aims to 1) identify the influencing factors of apparel product marketing in social e-commerce on Chinese consumers’ repurchase behavior, 2) construct a model of repurchase behavior, 3) analyze the moderating role of purchasing experience on the relationship between satisfaction and repurchase behavior, and 4) provide marketing recommendations for merchants. A quantitative approach was employed, using a structured questionnaire designed from the SOR model and behavioral theories. The population consisted of Chinese consumers aged 18–59 who had purchased clothing on social e-commerce platforms such as Pinduoduo and Xiaohongshu. Purposive sampling yielded 497 valid responses. Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM), and bootstrap estimation.

The results indicate that product attributes, purchase cost, social interaction, and after-sales service significantly influence customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Repurchase intention has the most substantial direct effect on repurchase behavior, while product attributes exert an indirect effect through customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction and repurchase intention demonstrate a significant chain mediation effect, and purchasing experience moderates the relationship between satisfaction and repurchase behavior, strengthening it when the purchasing experience is favorable. The findings suggest that merchants should prioritize product quality, improve after-sales services, reduce purchasing costs, and enhance social interaction to encourage consumer loyalty. This research contributes theoretically by expanding the literature on consumer behavior in social e-commerce and practically by offering strategies for global merchants to increase repurchase rates in the clothing sector.
Xiaohuan YanTippawan Lertatthakornkit

https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/hsjournalnmc/article/view/281768

Competency-Based Education (CBE) represents a paradigmatic shift in Thailand's basic education system; however, its implementation faces significant systemic barriers including entrenched pedagogical practices, inadequate leadership capacity, and resource disparities. This conceptual paper addresses the research problem of how to facilitate effective CBE implementation within Thailand’s complex educational landscape. The study proposes the Marginal Gains Approach (MGA) as a theoretical framework for systematic CBE reform implementation. Originating from high-performance sports methodology and subsequently adapted for organizational transformation, the MGA emphasizes cumulative incremental improvements across multiple operational dimensions to achieve substantial systemic outcomes. This paper contributes to educational reform literature by theoretically integrating MGA principles with innovative leadership paradigms—specifically transformational, distributed, and instructional leadership models—to create a comprehensive framework for CBE implementation. The expected contribution includes providing educational leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders with a theoretically grounded, practically applicable methodology for overcoming implementation barriers while fostering sustainable educational transformation in Thailand’s basic education system.
Siriwan Phuriwattanatham

https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/hsjournalnmc/article/view/283069

The new-normal era is marked by profound transformations across various dimensions—ranging from individual behaviors, family dynamics, and societal norms, to environmental conditions, lifestyles, and the developmental processes of early children. In early childhood, rapid growth is particularly evident in brain development, especially in the area of executive functions (EF), which form a crucial aspect of early children's cognitive development. The Early Childhood Education Curriculum B.E. 2560 (2017) specifies that the development of thinking skills involves enhancing children’s abilities in problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and logical reasoning in mathematics and science. To facilitate this development, learning activities should be designed to encourage children to observe, classify, compare, and investigate knowledge. Furthermore, children should engage in conversations, discussions, and the exchange of ideas. Additional approaches include inviting guest speakers to interact with young children, conducting field trips, playing educational games, practicing problem-solving in daily life, and engaging in design and creation activities. These activities should be implemented individually, in small groups, and in large groups to effectively develop and promote executive function (EF) skills in early childhood. For teachers, parents, and caregivers to accurately understand the intellectual and overall developmental progress of young children, it is essential to assess their development across various domains. Appropriate assessment methods for children aged 3 to 6 years include observation, behavioral recording, conversations with children, interviews, analysis of children’s work, and authentic assessment conducted during learning or activity contexts. This type of assessment emphasizes observing and evaluating children’s behaviors and expressions, closely monitoring their developmental progress. Additionally, self-assessment (reflective thinking), measurement of higher-order thinking skills, and active collaboration among children, teachers, parents, and caregivers are fundamental components of a comprehensive early childhood assessment framework.

This academic article focuses on authentic assessment to evaluate the development of executive function (EF) skills in early childhood. The assessment is based on children’s real-life behaviors and expressions, providing data that accurately reflect the true characteristics of young children. Such information enables parents, caregivers, and teachers to effectively use the findings as a foundation to support and tailor individual developmental interventions for each child.
Pattharin Loha

https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/hsjournalnmc/article/view/290467

The objectives of this academic article are: (1) to study the irrigation water management practices of farmers in the central region of Thailand, and (2) to analyze the strategic plans of the Royal Irrigation Department, focusing on irrigation management and future directions. Data were collected from documents related to irrigation water management in agriculture. The findings reveal that irrigation management in the central region is a collaborative effort between government agencies and local farmers, aiming to maximize efficiency and ensure sustainability. The irrigation system, comprising canals, weirs, and water gates, has been continuously developed and maintained to ensure adequate water distribution to agricultural areas. Farmers play a crucial role in planning and controlling water use through community-level irrigation management committees, which allocate water according to suitability and priority, thereby reducing water shortages and conflicts among users. The promotion of water management technologies, such as drip irrigation, rainwater harvesting, and infrastructure improvements, has further enhanced water-use efficiency and strengthened resilience to climate change. Overall, irrigation management in the central region emphasizes multi-stakeholder participation, efficient utilization of water resources, and the creation of long-term agricultural sustainability.
Pimnipa RittibutrRatchata Mitsomwang
