Developing Social Studies Learning Achievement Using CIPPA Model Integrated with Simulation for Grade 7 Students

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were: 1) to compare social studies learning achievement of Grade 7 students before and after learning through the CIPPA model integrated with simulation, and 2) to study students' satisfaction toward the learning management. This study was quasi-experimental research. The sample consisted of 30 Grade 7 students at Uttaradit Rajabhat University Demonstration School in the second semester of the 2025 academic year, obtained through two-stage random sampling. The research instruments included 14 lesson plans based on the CIPPA model integrated with simulation, a social studies achievement test, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and dependent samples t-test. The results revealed that: 1) students' post-test scores were significantly higher than their pre-test scores, and 2) students' overall satisfaction toward the learning management was at a high level.
