Innovative Leadership of Administrators Affecting Digital Technology Management of District Learning Encouragement Centers Under the Chiang Rai Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

This research aimed to study: 1) the level of innovative leadership of administrators of District Learning Encouragement Centers under the Chiang Rai Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement; 2) the level of digital technology management in educational institutions; and 3) the innovative leadership of administrators affecting digital technology management at the educational institutions. This study employed a quantitative research approach. The sample consisted of 201 participants. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that:
1) the overall level of innovative leadership among administrators was high. The dimension with the highest mean score was innovative vision, followed by innovative creative thinking, innovative organizational atmosphere, and innovative teamwork and participation, respectively.
2) the overall level of digital technology management at the educational institutions was high. Administration and management received the highest mean score, followed by learner development and learning management, respectively.
3) the innovative leadership was positively correlated with digital technology management at the .01 level of statistical significance. Furthermore, creative thinking, a conducive organizational climate, and an innovation-oriented vision significantly predicted digital technology management. These variables jointly explained 58.00 percent of the variance in digital technology management. with a multiple correlation coefficient of .762.
