A Study of the Relationship between Innovative Leadership and Educational Quality of Opportunity Expansion Schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          This research article aimed to study: 1) the levels of innovative leadership of school administrators in opportunity expansion schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 2) the levels of educational quality of opportunity expansion schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and 3) the relationship between innovative leadership and educational quality of opportunity expansion schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 170 participants, including 52 school administrators and 118 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data were collected through Google Forms. The statistical instruments used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, mean, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.

           The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of innovative leadership of school administrators was at the highest level; 2) the overall level of educational quality of opportunity expansion schools was at the highest level; and 3) the overall relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and educational quality of opportunity expansion schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was positive at a very high level (r = .876), with statistical significance at the .01 level.
