The Relationship between Participative Administration of School Administrators and Teachers’ Teamwork in Schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

This research article aimed to: (1) examine the levels of participative administration of school administrators, (2) investigate the levels of teachers’ teamwork, and (3) study the relationship between the participative administration of school administrators and teachers’ teamwork under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study employed a quantitative correlational research design. The sample consisted of 324 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were collected using the questionnaire. The statistics used for the data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The results of the study revealed that:
- The overall level of the participative administration of school administrators was at a high level.
- The overall level of teachers’ teamwork at the schools was also at a high level.
- The participative administration of the school administrators was positively correlated with teachers’ teamwork at a high level. This indicated that providing opportunities for teachers to participate in school administration plays an important role in promoting effective teamwork in educational institutions.
