Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of effectiveness of the Poverty Alleviation Project operation in Ban Non Pa Daeng, Nong Lum sub-district, Vajirabarami district, Phichit province, and 2) the guidelines, problems, and obstacles regarding the project operation. This study employed quantitative research methodology utilizing a survey design. The population consisted of 88 households residing in Ban Non Pa Daeng, Nong Lum sub-district, Vajirabarami district, Phichit province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were collected by distributing the questionnaires to the sample group and retrieving them for analysis. The statistics used in the data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

          1) The overall effectiveness of the Poverty Alleviation Project operation in Ban Non Pa Daeng, Nong Lum sub-district, Vajirabarami district, Phichit province was at the highest level.

          2) Regarding the problems, obstacles, and guidelines for the operation of the Poverty Alleviation Project, a case study of Ban Non Pa Daeng, Nong Lum sub-district, Vajirabarami district, Phichit province, it was found that the Poverty Alleviation Project (KKKJ) funds were insufficient for the needs of the target households. Specifically, target households utilized the funds for purposes inconsistent with the project’s objectives, and the project committee members lacked knowledge and understanding regarding the operation of the Poverty Alleviation Project.
