Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the transformational leadership of school administrators Phrompiram 3 Cluster; 2) to study their job satisfaction; 3) to study the relationship between their transformational leadership and job satisfaction of teachers. This quantitative research was conducted with a sample of 108 educational institution administrators and teachers. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires measuring transformational leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction. Data were collected via Google Forms. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and content analysis.

            The results indicated that administrators in the Phrompiram 3 Cluster demonstrated a high level of transformational leadership, while teachers reported the highest level of job satisfaction. Furthermore, the analysis revealed a strong positive correlation between transformational leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction (r = .923), which was statistically significant at the .01 level.
