Opinions of the Tourists using the Services at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre

This research aimed to: 1) study the level of tourist opinions of visitors to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre; 2) compare their opinions, classified by personal factors; and 3) examine the relationship between personal factors, knowledge about cultural tourism, and their opinions. This quantitative research study focused on Thai tourists visiting the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. The sample size was 400, drawn through accidental sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with an overall reliability of 0.73. Descriptive statistics, F-values, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were used for analysis.
The results revealed that: 1) tourists expressed the highest overall satisfaction with the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (x̄ = 4.25). The highest mean scores were found in the following aspects: safety of life and property (x̄ = 4.28), tourist satisfaction (x̄ = 4.26), importance of historical heritage and arts and culture (x̄ = 4.25), sustainable management in economic, social, and environmental dimensions (x̄ = 4.23), and cleanliness and capacity management (x̄ = 4.21), respectively. 2) Education level showed significant differences in opinions, while other factors did not. 3) Personal factors were not significantly related to tourists’ opinions.
