The Relationship between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and Personnel Management under the Office of Trang Primary Educational Service Area 1

The objectives of this study were to: (1) examine the transformational leadership of school administrators, (2) investigate personnel management practices, and (3) explore the relationship between transformational leadership and personnel management. This quantitative research was conducted with a sample of 297 teachers under the Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2025. The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire on transformational leadership of the school administrators and a questionnaire on personnel management. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of their transformational leadership of school administrators was rated highest, (2) the overall level of personnel management was also rated highest, and (3) transformational leadership was positively correlated with personnel management at a high level (r = .822**), with statistical significance at the .01 level.
