Abstract

          The objectives of this research aimed to: (1) examine the level of academic administration in the Mae Salong Nai educational development network under the office of the Chiang Rai primary educational service area 3, (2) examine l their effectiveness, and (3) examine the relationship between the level of academic administration and their effectiveness.  The sample group consisted of 126 teachers. The research instruments were the questionnaire of the academic administration level and the school effectiveness. The statistical tools used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient.

           The results of the research found that: 1) the level of academic administration in the educational development network was overall at a high level. 2) The overall effectiveness was at high level. Also, 3) The relationship between the level of academic administration and effectiveness in the Mae Salong Nai educational development network was positively related and at a very high level (r = 0.851), with statistical significance at the .01 level.
