A Study on Resilient Leadership Components among School Administrators

This research study aimed to investigate the components of resilient leadership of school administrators. This research employed a two-step methodology. First, the components of resilient leadership of school administrators from 2017 to 2025 were synthesized, with the inclusion criterion being a frequency of at least five occurrences or 50 percent. Second, the appropriateness of the identified components of resilient leadership was evaluated by five experts. The research instruments consisted of a documentary synthesis form and a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings revealed that resilient leadership of school administrators comprises five components: (1) emotional resilience (2) social resilience (3) mental resilience (4) management skill and (5) physical resilience. All components were rated at the highest level of appropriateness.
