Effects of ESG Practices, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Capability and Competitive Advantage on the Sustainable Performance of SMEs in Lower Northern Thailand

The objective of this research was to investigate the effects of the ESG practices, entrepreneurship, innovation capability and competitive advantage on the sustainable performance of SMEs in lower northern Thailand. The sample consisted of 386 entrepreneurs of the small and medium enterprises in the lower northern Thailand. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistical tools for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that the innovation capability had the highest impact on the sustainable performance, entrepreneurship, ESG practices and competitive advantage, respectively, with a statistical significance level of 0.001. The forecasting equation was able to predict the sustainable performance with an accuracy of 34.70 %.
