Components of Instruction Competencies in Active Learning in Schools under Sakon Nakhon Primar Educational Service Area 3

The purpose of this research was to study the Components of Instruction Competencies in Active Learning at the schools under Sakon Nakhon Primar Educational Service Area 3. Document research method was employed which was divided into five steps: 1) studying relevant theories and ten related research papers, and 2) approved the components of the school leadership directors by five experts. The research instruments were data analysis and synthesis form and a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire.The data were analyzed by using means and standard deviation.
The research findings indicated that there were six main components of the school leadership: 1) Instructional design consisted of scoring highest at ( = 4.86, S.D.= 0.36). 2) Student-centered learning consisted of scoring highest at ( = 4.82, S.D.= 0.44). 3) Use and Development of Media and Technology for Learning Management consisted of scoring highest ( = 4.75, S.D.= 0.42). 4) Educational Measurement and Evaluation consisted of scoring highest at ( =4.93, S.D.=0.25).
