The Relationship of Technological Leadership and Academic Administration of School Directors under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao Province

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of technological leadership of school directors under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office, 2) to study the level of school directors under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office, and 3) to examine the relationship of technological leadership and academic administration of school director under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office. A quantitative research approach was employed. The sample group consisted of 127 school directors and teachers under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the relationship of technological leadership and academic administration of school administrators under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency distribution, mean, percentage, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The results of the research showed the following
- Most respondents were female, aged between 41-50 years, with bachelor's degrees, and had work experience of 11 years or more
- The level of technological leadership of the school directors under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office was high both overall and in individual aspects (mean = 4.05, S.D. = 0.76)
- The level of the academic administration of the school directors under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office was high both overall and in individual aspects (Mean = 4.10, S.D. = 0.75)
- The relationship of the technological leadership and academic administration of the school directors under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office showed a very high positive correlation (r = 0.947) with statistical significance at the .01 level
