The Relationship between Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and Active Learning Management in Phayao Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of strategic leadership among school administrators, 2) to study the active learning management in schools, and 3) to study the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the active learning management in schools. It was correlational research. The sample consisted of 113 Non-Formal and Informal Education (NFE) teachers under the Phayao Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement.The instruments were composed of personal data questionnaire, strategic leadership of chill administrator questionnaire, active learning management questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research findings revealed that: 1) mean score level of strategic leadership of school administrators under the Phayao Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement was at a high level ( = 4.08, S.D. = 0.71). 2) Mean score level of active learning management in schools under the Phayao Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement was at a high level (
= 4.34, S.D. = 0.54). 3) The strategic leadership of school administrators had moderate positively correlation with the active learning management (r = .59) in schools at a statistical significance .01.
