A Study of the Relationship between 21st Century School Administrators’ Skills and Academic Administration of District-Level Learning Promotion Centers under the Office of Learning Encouragement Phayao Provincial

This research aimed to: 1) study the 21st century skill level of administrators; 2) study the academic administration proportions of district-level learning promotion centers; and 3) examine the relationship between administrators' the 21st century skills and academic administration of district-level learning promotion centers in Phayao Province. This was a quantitative research approach. The research sample consisted of 113 teachers from district-level learning promotion centers in Phayao Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical tools used for data analysis were percentage, mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The research results revealed the following
1) The overall level of the administrators' the 21st century skills was at a high (mean = 4.08)
2) The overall level of academic administration was at a high (mean = 4.33)
3) The relationship between the administrators' the 21st century skills and academic administration of district-level learning promotion centers in Phayao Province showed a strong positive correlation (r = .63) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
