Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to studies: 1) the level of digital leadership of school administrators 2) the level of teachers work motivation and 3) the digital leadership of school administrators affecting work motivation of teachers. It is quantitative research.  The sample was 159 teachers. A questionnaire was used as a research tool. Statistical instruments for the data analysis were: mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.

           The research found that: 1) digital leadership of school administrators, was at a high level (equation= 4.36, SD. = 0.44). 2) The work motivation of teacher was at a high level (equation= 4.33, SD. = 0.40). And 3) The digital leadership of school administrators were digital learning cultural (β = 0.397) and digital literacy (β = 0.325). Moreover, two variables could predict the work motivation of teachers in Chiangrai education development network, Sudtinthai group at 44.80% with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
