The Relationship between 21st Century Leadership and Academic Administration at Educational Institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao Province

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the 21st-century leadership of school administrators under the Office of Provincial Learning Promotion, Phayao Province; 2) the academic administration of educational institutions under the Office of Provincial Learning Promotion, Phayao Province; and 3) the relationship between 21st-century leadership and academic administration in educational institutions under the Office of Provincial Learning Promotion, Phayao Province. Quantitative Research. The sample for this research consisted of 116 school administrators and teachers from educational institutions under the Office of Provincial Learning Promotion, Phayao Province. The sample size was determined, and a simple random sampling was applied. The research tool was a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The results of the research showed the following.
- Most of the questionnaire respondents were female. Most of them were aged between 40 and 49 years. In terms of educational level, the majority held a bachelor's degree. Regarding work experience, most respondents had over 10 years of work experience
- The overall assessment of 21st-century leadership among school administrators, based on the opinions of both administrators and teachers, was rated at a high level (

- The overall assessment of academic administration in educational institutions under the Office of Provincial Learning Promotion, Phayao Province, based on the opinions of school administrators and teachers, was rated at a high level (
= 4.34, S.D. = 0.55)
- The relationship between 21st century leadership and academic administration of educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion in Phayao Province was found to have an overall positive correlation at a moderate level (r = .692) with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
