The Participative Administration of Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness of Schools under the Chiang Rai Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

This research aims 1) to study the level of participatory management of educational institutions under the Office of the Provincial Learning Promotion, Chiang Rai Province; 2) to study the level of effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Provincial Learning Promotion, Chiang Rai Province 3) to study the participatory management that affects the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Provincial Learning Promotion, Chiang Rai Province. The research design was quantitative. The sample group used in the research was educational institution administrators and teachers in educational institutions under the Office of the Provincial Learning Promotion, Chiang Rai Province, totaling 210 people. The tools used for data collection include a questionnaire. Data analysis used statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The research results indicated the following:
- Participatory management of educational institutions under the Office of the Provincial Education Promotion in Chiang Rai Province was rated at a high level overall (x̄ = 3.97, SD = .76)
- Effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Provincial Education Promotion in Chiang Rai Province was also rated highly (x̄ = 4.04, SD = .81)
- Impact of participatory management on effectiveness: Participatory management was found to significantly affect the effectiveness of educational institutions under the Office of the Provincial Education Promotion in Chiang Rai Province. When analyzing the regression coefficients of the predictors, it was found that common goals and objectives (X3), trust (X1), and freedom of responsibility in work (X4) were significant predictors, with statistical significance at the .05 level. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.770, and the prediction equation in raw scores is as follows:
