The Study Relationship between Organizational Culture and Management Practices of Executives in Private Charity Schools in Chiang Rai Province

The objectives of this research were: 1) the organizational culture of private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province; 2) the management practices of the administrators of private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province; and 3) the relationship between organizational culture and the management practices of the administrators of private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province. It is a quantitative research approach. The sample group consisted of 159 administrators and teachers from private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province. The instruments used for data collection included a general information questionnaire, an organizational culture questionnaire, and a management practices questionnaire for administrators. The statistical instrumentals used mean (), standard deviation (S.D.), Pearson 's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r).
The results of the research found that: 1) the overall organizational culture of private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province had a mean score at a high level ( = 4.03, S.D. = 0.83); 2) the overall management practices of the administrators of private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province had a mean score at a high level (
= 4.03, S.D. = 0.83); and 3) the overall organizational culture had a high positive correlation with the management practices of the administrators of private charitable schools in Chiang Rai province (r = 0.891), which was statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
