This research aims to study 1) the level of participatory administration 2) the level of academic administration of educational institutions 3) the level of participatory administration that affects academic administration of educational institutions. The research design is quantitative. The sample group is teachers and administrators in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Chiang Rai Area 1, totaling 291 people. The instruments used for data collection are general information questionnaires, participatory administration questionnaires, and academic administration questionnaires of educational institutions. Data analysis is done using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The research results show that 1) overall participatory administration of educational institutions has a high mean ( = 3.71, SD. = 0.61) 2) overall academic administration of educational institutions has a high mean ( = 4.02, SD. = 0.59) 3) participatory administration that affects academic administration of educational institutions, including supervision and monitoring, responsibility and sharing of benefits, has the power to predict academic administration and all variables, including supervision, responsibility and sharing of benefits, operations, and decision-making. Able to participate in forecasting academic administration of educational institutions by 62.80 percent with statistical significance at the 0.05 level
