Creative leadership of School Administrators: Affecting Teachers' Skills in the 21st Century under the Chiang Rai Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

The research article’s objectives were: 1) to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators; 2) to study the level of teacher skills in the 21st century; and 3) to study the creative leadership of school administrators, affecting teachers' skills in the 21st century. This study employed a quantitative research approach. There were 208 teachers at the educational institutions under the Chiang Rai Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The instruments consisted of a general information questionnaire, creative leadership questionnaire and teacher skills in the century 21 questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The research results showed the following:1) the creative leadership of school administrators was at a high level; 2) teacher skills in the 21st century was at a high level; and 3)the creative leadership of school administrators included a flexibility and adaptability aspect (X5), trust aspect (X2), and teamwork aspect (X1). This could predict teacher skills in the 21st century with statistical significance at 0.05. Moreover, three variables could predict the variation on teacher skills in the 21st century were at 49.50%.
