The Factors Affecting the Efficiency of Debt Repayment of Village and Urban Community Funds in Udon Thani Province

The objectives of this research were to study; 1.Financial and economic factors affecting the efficiency of village and urban community fund debt repayments. 2.Operational efficiency of the Village and Urban Community Fund. 3.Influence of financial and economic factors on the efficiency of debt repayment in urban and rural community funds in Udon Thani Province. This was quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 333 Village and Urban Community Fund members in Udon Thani Province. The questionnaire was used, and the CVI value was between 0.80 – 1.00, and Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient was 0.946. Data were analyzed by mean analysis and standard deviation while hypotheses were tested by path analysis. The results showed: 1) Economic factors in the community in each activity affect the debt repayment efficiency of the members was high-level = 4.10, S.D. = .960. 2) Factors, in the overall financial environment of members affecting the debt repayment efficiency, were high-level = 3.99, S.D. = .782. 3) The overall efficiency of village and urban community fund debt repayments was at the highest level = 4.61, S.D. = .602. The results of the hypothesis testing found that the model or model of factors affecting the efficiency of debt repayment of village and urban funds in Udon Thani Province was consistent with empirical data. Economic environmental factors in the community (ECO) with a direct influence on debt repayment efficiency (EFF), and financial environmental factors (MoN) had a direct influence on debt repayment efficiency (EFF), statistically significant at the level of .05.
