Transformational Leadership of Educational Institution Administrators Affecting the Performance of Teachers: Network Group Promoting Efficiency in Educational Welfare Management

The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the level of change leadership of school administrators, 2) to study the level of teacher competence, 3) to study the relationship between the change in leadership of the school administrators and teacher performance, and 4) to create an equation to predict the change in leadership of school administrators that affects teacher performance. The quantitative research model used questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The sample group included teachers on teaching duties at the educational institutions in the network group for promoting the efficiency of welfare education management in the Northeast Region, totally 254 people. Statistical tools were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, Person correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1)transformational leadership of school administrators was at a high level, 2) teachers' performances were at the highest level, and 3) transformational leadership of educational administrators and teachers' performances had a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of .01, and 4) prediction of the leadership of school administrators affecting the performance of teachers had 3 variables: ideological influence individuality, and prestige. Their combination predicted the performance of teachers. Statistical significance at the level of .01 could explain the variation in teacher performance by 58.30 percent.
