Motivation Affecting the Production Employees’ Performance at K.G. Corporation Public Co., Ltd.

The objectives of this research article were to study: 1) motivation for work performance, 2) work efficiency, 3) compare work efficiency classified by personal information, 4) motivating factors affecting work efficiency, and 5) supporting factors affecting operational efficiency. It is a quantitative research. The population used in the study was production employees of K.G. Corporation Public Company Limited there was a sample of 250 people. A research tool was questionnaire. Statistical instruments were used to analyze data: percentages and averages, hypothesis testing using t-tests, F-tests (One-way ANOVA), and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research showed that 1) the level of motivation in the performance of the production employees at K.G. Corporation Public Company Limited, overall was at a significant level; 2) overall, their efficiency was at an essential level; 3) their monthly income differences had an impact on their work efficiency 4) motivating factors for success in work recognition, and career advancement influenced their performance and 5) factors supporting opportunities for the career advancement, working environment, and administrative policy influenced their performance
