Village Fund Management Efficiency A Case Study at Nongmaikong Sub-district, Sai-Ngam District, Kamphaeng Phet Province

The objectives of this study were 1) to study factors affect the efficiency of village fund management; 2) to study management conditions and quality affecting the performance of village funds and 3) to study problems and obstacles in the management of the Village Fund Committee for accomplishment. The study employed quantitative research. A sample group was selected from members and village fund committees in Nong Mai Kong subdistrict, Sai Ngam district, Kamphaeng Phet Province. The member and Village Fund Committee consisted of 332 people, Questionnaires was a tool for collecting data. Statistics instruments used in descriptive analysis were mean (X) and standard deviation (SD).
The research results found that:
- Factors affecting effective the village fund management Overall, every aspect was at a high level With consideration of each aspect, the personnel management had the highest average.
- Management affects the performance of village funds Overall, e at a high level in very aspect was at a high level With consideration of each aspect, work improvement had the highest average.
- Problems and obstacles the fund management of the Village Fund Committee: there were funding problems because the loans granting for pursuing careers was consistent with the needs of members for generating income and creating a Due to the limitations of funds available, the village fund members were still lacking of knowledge about additional careers gaining money to investment.
