The Lesson Learned in Upgrading Achievement in Foreign Languages Department (English) in School at Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 3

The objective of this research was to transcribe the lesson learned in upgrading achievement in the foreign languages department (English). It was qualitative research. The target group used in the research consisted of 4 schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Education Service Area 3 with a specific selection method. There were total informants 20 people for the structured interviews. Data collected from interviews were analyzed contently.
The results of the research showed that the lessons were taken to enhance the achievement of foreign language learning (English) subjects under Phitsanulok Primary Education Service Area 3. It was found that there were 7 aspects: (1) analysis of the basic English at the national educational test for the highlight indicators in teaching; (2) raising students' awareness of the importance of English use in their daily lives and for personal development; (3) managing the learning based on the subject matters, and core curriculum. Administrators assigned English teachers. Teaching was conducted according to the basic core curriculum with an emphasis on learning management according to the learning standards, learning topics and indicators. (4) Organizing activities to promote the curriculum administrator and teachers jointly promoted and developed students in organizing activities related to English use. (5) Coordinating parent networks administrators, teachers, and parents held a parent meeting to see how English courses were being handled in schools. (6) Exchange, learn, and reflect on the exchange results administrators and teachers had a meeting PLC for the English course. The results were analyzed and applied to learners for learning and development. (7) Instructional supervision administrators and academic teachers supervised their teaching and learning management to know how the teachers were organized and given advice.
