Opinion of the Employees of National Housing Authority toward Implementation of the 20-Year Master Plan for Housing Development (2017-2036)

Abstract

          The research article aimed: 1) examine the opinion of the employees of the National Housing Authority toward implementation of the 20-Year Master Plan for Housing Development (2017-2036), 2) to compare the opinion of the employees of National Housing Authority toward implementation of the 20-Year Master Plan for Housing Development (2017-2036), based on personal factors, and 3) to examine the relationship between the factors associating to the policy implementation and the opinion of the employees of National Housing Authority toward implementation of the 20-Year Master Plan for Housing Development (2017-2036). It was quantitative research. This study used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. A sample consisted of 309 people. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.

           The results of this study showed that the employees of National Housing Authority agreed that the agency implement the 20-Year Master Plan for Housing Development (2017-2036) at the good level. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the sample with different personal factors had no different opinions. The factors, associating with the policy implementation the policy components, organization competency, attitude of policy implementers, evaluation, and support from relevant agencies positively correlated with the opinion of the employees of National Housing Authority toward the implementation of the 20-Year Master Plan for Housing Development (2017-2036).
