Public Opinions on the Implementation of the Three-Year Development Plans of Huathale Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

The research purposes were to study the opinion, to compare, and to purpose the recommendation according to the public opinions on the implementation of the three-year development plans of Huathale Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This was survey research. The sample group consisted of 396 people living in Huathale Subdistrict Municipality. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The statistical tools for the data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way Analysis of variance. The research findings were: 1. The levels of the public opinions on the implementation of the three-year development plans of Huathale Subdistrict Municipality overall were at a high level. Each aspect consideration showed that the highest mean was the infrastructure, followed by the education, religion, arts and culture; the aspect of political, administrative, social and community aspects; the aspect of public health and quality of life; the aspect of natural resources and environment; and the aspect of economics and tourism,respectively. 2. The people with different gender, education levels, occupations, and monthly income had the public opinions on the implementation of the three-year development plans of Huathale Subdistrict Municipality showed the overall and each aspect did not different. 3. The recommendations: the aspect of education, religion, arts and culture were allowing people to express their opinions in organizing traditional activities; the aspect of public health, and quality of life were to publicize thoroughly in order to prevent epidemics and serious contagious diseases; the aspect of economy and tourism were promoting the marketing of products in the community and promote careers appropriately; the aspect of infrastructure was arranging appropriate utilities; the aspect of natural resources and environment were organizing the training for youth leaders in conserving natural resources and the environment, and continually replanting forests; and the political and administrative aspects were encourage people to participation in continuous local development.
