External Environmental Factors outside an Organization: Impacting on Work Behavior

Abstract

     The purpose of this article was to study and create an understanding of the factors affecting the behavior of employees in the organization. They occurred from outside. There were similar levels of the work the compensation and the workload; there were different behavioral expressions and quality of life. Constructive and negative observations were unique to each person. The whole story of family problems, the economy, social conditions, the environment at home affected the behaviors and invaded the work organization. Then, this article was important for understanding and serving as a guideline for human resource department in each organization to observe them, and to create    methods for improving understanding among personnel in the organization for efficiency and for the next person in the organization
