The Relationship between Leadership of School Administrators in the 21st Century and School Effectiveness under the Local Administration Organization, Samut Sakhon Province

The purposes of this research aimed to study the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century and school effectiveness, and the relationship between the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century, and school effectiveness. The sampling of this research was teachers in the Local Administration Organization, Samut Sakhon province. The research sampling consisted of 255 subjects. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century and school effectiveness. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and Pearson's correlation coefficient for the data analysis.
The research results showed that the overall and individual leadership of school administrators in the 21st century was at a high level. Moreover, the overall and individual school effectiveness was at a high level. Lastly, the relationship between the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century and school effectiveness was statistically significant .01, congruent with the established hypothesis
