Abstract

          The purpose of this research article is to study factors affecting the decision to order frozen food products through the Surapon Foods channel: demographics, consumer behavior,  and marketing mix. The data were collected from a sample group through interviews. Also, a questionnaire was used for the data collection analyzed statistically by ready-made program. The research results showed the following.

           The factors affecting the decision to order frozen food products through the Surapon Foods Online channel were the differences of demographics, consumer behavior, groups of favorite products, marketing mix, services for purchasing satisfaction, distribution of products and services, and after-sale service care product. They caused the decision to order frozen food products through different Surapon Foods Online channels.
