People’s Attitudes and Satisfaction towards the Services of Khlong Sam Wa District Office, Bangkok

Abstract

      This research article aimed to (1) study the level of satisfaction of the people who use the service of the khlong Sam Wa District office, Bangkok. (2) compare and classify according to personal factors, including gender, age, occupation, education level, monthly income and marital status with satisfaction of people who use the services of Khlong Sam Wa District, Bangkok. (3) study the relationship between attitude towards services as location, work process and personnel with people’s satisfaction in the services of Khlong Sam Wa District, Bangkok. The research is quantitative research. Data collection was from questionnaires. The sample consisted of 394 people. The statistical tools used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA) and Pearson’s Moment Product Correlation.

           The results of the research revealed that

  1. Most of the respondents were female under 25 years of age with various occupations, and college degrees or equivalent, income 15,000 baht or more per month, single status.
  2. In terms of attitude it was found that the overall was to a very agreeable.
  3. Satisfaction overall was at high level.

           The results of hypothesis test revealed that users of different genders had different satisfaction with using the services. As for other factors, no differences were found. As for the service attitude, it was with the level of satisfaction, except for the location which has a negative effect.
