Abstract

          This research study aims at, 1) investigating the creative leadership of school administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) examining the effectiveness of schools under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) studying the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of schools under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 291 teachers working   at schools under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2023. They were selected by stratified random sampling, then simple random sampling by drawing lots. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability value of .959 for the creative leadership of school administrators and .952 for the effectiveness of schools. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient.

           Research findings revealed that: 1) The creative leadership of school administrators, both holistic and individual, was at a high level; 2) The effectiveness of schools, both holistic and individual, was at a high level; and 3) the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of schools was highly positive (r= .852**) at the significance level of .01.
