The Study of Relation between Intra-school Supervision Process and Teaching Efficiency of Teachers in Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The purposes of this research aimed to study the intra-school supervision process, the teaching efficiency of teachers, and the relation between the intra-school supervision process in the teaching efficiency of teachers. A sample consisted of school directors and teachers in Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, The research sampling comprised 311 subjects. The research instruments were questionnaires on the intra-school supervision process and the teaching efficiency of teachers. Statistical tools used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and Pearson's correlation coefficient to analyze the data.
The research results were that both the overall and individual intra-school supervision processes were at a high level. Moreover, the overall teaching efficiency of teachers was at the highest level while the individual teaching and learning management was at a high level. Lastly, the relation between the intra-school supervision process and the teaching efficiency of teachers was statistically significant .01, congruent with the established hypothesis with a relatively positive correlation and low correlation (r-value .34).
