Guidelines for Digital Skill Development of Condominium Corporate Executives

Abstract

          The objectives of this paper were to present the importance and component of digital skills, and to recommend guidelines for digital skill development of condominium corporate executives. Data from documents academic articles and research concerns were analyzed and interpreted with the concerns of the objectives. The result showed that the digital skills were is the human capital of the condominium corporate executives. It was an important factor affecting the development of organizational leaders. Components of digital skills included: 1) digital ability, 2) digital knowledge; 3) digital experience; 4) digital characteristics. The guidelines for the development of the digital skills of business executives can be done by participating in training, seminars, field trips, professional development, and learning from practices.
