Development of the Chinese School Management Model on the High Mountain Area in Chiang Rai Province

The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the current status of the Chinese-Thai community on the high mountain area in Chiang Rai province; 2) to study the current status and problems of the Chinese school on the high mountain area in Chiang Rai province; 3) to develop the Chinese school model on the high mountain area in Chiang Rai province; and 4) to evaluate the use of the Chinese school model on the high mountain area in Chiang Rai province. There were 119 people in the sample group. The research instrument were an interview form and questionnaire.
The research findings revealed that 1) regarding the study of the current status of the Chinese-Thai community on the high mountain area in Chiang Rai province, the community leaders had an important duty to help the government govern the country and there was the leader of the villagers for advocacy, and Chinese-Thai people in this area played a huge role in promoting the community's economy. Moreover, in the high mountain area there was no online media and modern technology. 2) The current status and problems of the Chinese school on the high mountain area were obstacles for improvement and development in many areas: personnel, curriculum, buildings and locations, etc. 3) The model of the Chinese school model on the high mountain area in Chiang Rai province based on training program was based on PDCA × 4M's management principles. Then, it was brought into the focus group method of the experts. 4) Regarding the evaluation results of the use of the Chinese school model on the high mountain area in Chiang Rai province, almost all items were at “highest” level.
